WARRANTY CLAIMS
If you have a valid warranty claim (see “Castle Warranty” section above on what our warranty covers), follow the steps outlined below and click the link below for “Process a Warranty Claim”. Please include all requested information to ensure all relevant data is obtained and reduce potential delays in the processing of your claim. Filling out this form and claiming warranty does not guarantee warranty coverage; this will be determined once the product is received and reviewed by a technician. Note: Castle products used in speed run setups, drag racing, or SAW/outrigger boats are NOT covered by our limited warranty.

It is important to include the following information:

  • Product(s) being returned

  • Purchase Receipt with date of purchase

  • Nature of failure and details of your set up (vehicle, prop, cells, motor, etc.)

  • Contact information including name, phone number, and/or e-mail address, and return address

  • Customer is responsible for any shipping costs to send the product to Castle Creations for a warranty claim, Castle cannot reimburse shipping costs of sending the product in for a warranty claim.

  • If the item is covered under warranty, Castle will automatically cover shipping costs of the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer.

  • If the item is not covered under warranty customer will have the option to utilize the Tier Two Non-Warranty Claim (as described below).

  • There are no user-serviceable parts on these controllers, we do not recommend attempts to repair or solder on the board.

NOTE: Please do not send anything in for repair other than your ESC or Castle motor (such as NiMH/NiCad packs, any Lithium Polymer batteries, servos, gyros, etc.) unless specifically instructed to do so by our technical support staff.

Castle Tier Two Non-Warranty Claim
This is what sets Castle Creations systems apart from all others. After a year of ownership or any damage that is the result of abuse, we will replace the damaged product for much less than the retail replacement. This includes using controller outside of its intended performance specification (running outside of MAX voltage/current, gearing, or wrong application/vehicle). Physical damage including crash, or water submersion. Modification of controller such as soldering on controller, gluing items on the controller, potting the controller, etc. You will receive a brand new product and a new one year warranty! Don't throw away your old speed control - all Castle Creations products have a core value!

Note: A return shipping fee will be added for all non-warranty trade-ins; $7.00 for domestic (US), $10.00 for Canada, and $20.00 for all other international.

NOTICE: Current lead-time for all warranty claims processing is (on average) 1 week. Additional delay, up to 2-4 weeks, may occure due to parts and/or product availability.
